Champagne with heart, this cuvee is full of generosity, combining power, great vinosity and finesse. Fruit from blending of macerated wines for the fullness, and Chardonnay for elegance and freshness. Average assembly is from 50-55% of reserve wines and 80% of wines produced in small barrels.

Blanc de Blancs
Brut champagne made only from Chardonnay. The origins of the terroir are exposed by revealing a wine of great generosity. Usually the cuvée is made from a blend of 15 wines from 5 to 6 different vintages. 70% of the wines are vinified in small oak barrels and 40% do not go thru malolactic fermentation.

Cuvée Crayères
Champagne of body and spirit made by the marriage of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Straight, round, generous, the cuvee Crayères is made on average from a dozen different wines from 4 to 5 different vintages, with 20 to 25% of wines vinified in small oak barrels, with 45 to 50% reserve wines helping to bring homogeneity.

Dosage Zéro
Champagne of mind, this zero dosage cuvee combines power and strength with all the lace of a wine without added sugar. Blended from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, this wine is vinified 80% in small oak barrels and 30% reserve wine.
