J. de Telmont Classic Champagnes

Grande Réserve Brut
Champagne Grande Réserve Brut is the result of a subtle marriage of the 3 champagne grapes varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Generally made up of wines coming from different years (reserve wines), this is a well balanced Champagne with plenty of body, remarkable for its supple freshness.

Tasting description: Tiny bubbles and a fine mousse. The initial nose has slightly vinous pear notes. When swirled, the nose is fruity (quince, pear, apple, white fruits) and floral, with peach and muscat aromas and mineral note.

This cuvée has a nice and round attack. The wine is subtle, pleasant, light and fruity, with aromas of pear and quince. A good and round finish

Grand Rosé Brut
Savouring the Grand Rosé Brut J. de Telmont is like taking a bite out of a delicious piece of fruit. We attain this sensation though our selection of old Pinot vines, a partial saignée to preserve the fruit’s aromatic potential, and assembly with Chardonnay grapes.

Tasting description: The colour is raspberry pink with light salmon reflections. Nice, long-lasting mousse with fine bubbles. The initial nose reveals citrus fruit notes (grapefruit and lemon). When swirled, berry notes emerge (strawberry, raspberry and grape), with cherry eventually dominating.

In the mouth, the taste buds really explode as if biting into a Morello cherry. There is a good attack with remarkable subttety and an extraordinarely long finish.
