Skinny Champagne is a high-quality no sugar Champagne. It’s made by the traditional process but without adding the usual ‘dosage’ of sugar – this doesn’t compromise its delicious taste  but does make it ‘skinny.’ The No Sugar, Grand Cru ‘Skinny Champagne’ is from Alexandre Penet, a Champagne house renowned for its low-dosage cuvées.

It has already been extremely well received in top end store Selfridges and restaurants such as Nobu.
