AWARD Winning champagne and sparkling WINEs
Using Delaware grapes from Yamanshi Prefecture. This sparkling wine is made by the traditional method which is the same technique as Champagne. We take non-dosage style to enhance the delicate flavour and original taste of grapes. The wine is reminiscent of the aroma of ripe fruit and rich taste.
