The family domain is situated between Epernay and Reims in the small village of Cormoyeux. Mathieu runs the vineyard with his parents. They are Recoltant Manipulant, (RM) meaning they have their own vineyard, own winery and sell their own Champagne.

Oriane: 40% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot meunier
Perlane ros : 50% Pinot noir, 25% Chardonnay , 25% Pinot meunier
Brut Nature: 40% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot meunier
Appogia: Blanc de Blancs, 100% Chardonnay
