Champagne LALLIER, uniqueness of Grands Crus…
The House of LALLIER is situated in the heart of the village of Aÿ, historic birthplace of the Champagne region. Located above vaulted cellars dating from the end of the XVIIIth century, the House of LALLIER produces exceptional wines exclusively from Grands Crus vineyards.
Francis Tribaut, owner and head winemaker epitomizes the spirit of LALLIER: meticulous management of the vineyards, selection of the best grapes, ageing for 36 months minimum and low dosage to preserve authenticity. Serge Dubs, world’s best sommelier in 1989 now brings his expertise to blend our wines, vinified with our own natural yeasts coming from our vineyards in Aÿ.
