Doyard-Mahé Champagnes

Rosé Brut
Colour: Deep pink colouring
Aroma: Nose of red fruit and cherries.

The palate is fresh and pulpy. This Rosé brut fits perfectly for the aperitif at the terrace. It fits perfectly with ‘Verrines’ with shrimps and desserts based on red fruits.
Serve soon in order to keep the pink colour and fruity tones.

Cuvée Désir Extra Brut
Colour: Light golden appearance.
Aroma: Fine nose dominated by flower aromas and white fruit.

Lively palate with a beautiful ending on citrus fruit. This champagne might seduce you by its fresh and delicate light sourish ending.
To be tasted as an appetizer, or with a Carpaccio of salmon.

Carte D’or Brut
Colour: Light golden appearance, bright with a pale green reflexion.
Aroma: Fine nose dominated by notes of pear, lemon, fresh almond and fern.

Pleasant and fresh palate with a beautiful ending on mineral notes and citrus fruit. To be tasted as an appetizer, with roasted fish or sushi. Can be served from now on, or can be kept in the cellar during 2 to 4 years.
