Ferrari Trento, the official toast of Formula 1®, steps onto the podium for the first time at the “Formula 1 Pirelli Gran Premio del Made in Italy e dell’Emilia-Romagna 2021”
We are delighted to share the first official images of Ferrari Trento, the new Official Toast of Formula 1®, being sprayed on the iconic Grand Prix™ podium at the “Formula 1® Pirelli Gran Premio del Made in Italy e dell’Emilia-Romagna 2021, by winning driver Max Verstappen (Red Bull Racing Honda) and runners up Lewis Hamilton (AMG Petronas F1 Team) and Lando Norris (McLaren F1 Team).
After the ‘dry’ Formula 1® Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix two weeks ago, this moment is a real milestone, with Ferrari Trento launching the three-year partnership in its home nation. These inaugural podium images capture this partnership between Formula 1® and the leading Italian sparkling wine and mark the first time an Italian wine has been the official toast of the FIA Formula 1 World Championships™.
The family-owned winery based in Trentino, in the Italian Alps, is a global leader in its field, crafting its luxury Trentodoc wines for over a century to become known as Italy’s sparkling wine par excellence. The partnership with Formula 1® was announced last month and is a natural collaboration based on the shared values, such as the pursuit of excellence in every detail, innovation and passion.
