A subtle and fine Champagne. 50% Chardonnay for finesse and 50% Pinot Noir for body and structure. Fruity nose with a subtle majority of red fruits. Spicy dried fruits notes.
Rosé de Saignée
The wild flavour of this pink champagne will delight you from pre-dinner drinks all the way through to dessert. Delicate and subtle, releasing hints of red berries; wild strawberry, blackberry and elderberry.
A fine and subtil champagne Brut combined with great finess. Elegant and discreet first nose that reveals yellow fruit flavours such as nectarine and mineral hints.
