The Monroe Overdry Prosecco D.O.C. Extra Dry Special Edition sparkling wine is made in Italy from grapes grown by a number of growers on the hills vineyards with a high temperature range between night and day around Treviso, close to Venice, in Veneto region, northern Italy.

The taste of Monroe Overdry Prosecco D.O.C. Extra Dry sparkling wine is fine and elegant, with a subtly perfumed bouquet with notes of Williams pear and floral hints of Narcissus. The colour is light straw yellow with perlage fine and persistent. Taste is fresh, soft, elegance and dry with a vibrant acidity.

The Monroe Overdry Prosecco D.O.C. Extra Dry pairs well with appetizers and delicate dishes, fish and shellfish.
