Nyetimber is one of the most successful vineyards in the UK. When planting its first vines back in 1988, the team were already confident that the classic Champagne grapes – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier – would respond well to the area’s geology and climate.

Today, the Nyetimber Estate is the largest vineyard in the UK, with 152 hectares/375 acres under vine, it produces premium sparkling wine exclusively from estate-grown fruit.

Pale gold, great clarity and tiny bubbles. Aromas of fresh melon, meyer lemon, proving bread, sweet pea flowers & vanilla. Fresh apricot and melon flavours on the palate and lovely tiny bubble texture. Apricot and bread flavours continues on the long finish. The wine has all the balance and structure needed to age for many years to come.
