Paladin Vigne e Vini is the first winery of the whole Casa Paladin group. It’s a family-owned estate founded in 1962 by Valentino Paladin in Motta di Livenza, near Treviso. Operating across generations, the family blends ancient regional traditions with modern viticulture to craft their acclaimed Prosecco, which is produced in the historically rich foothills of the Veneto region.
Prosecco Dry
Crafted from 100% Glera grapes in the Veneto region, this Prosecco is loved for its delicate floral aromas, creamy texture, and harmonious, slightly sweet finish.
It pairs well with delicate fish courses like lobsters and scallops. For its elegant, slightly sweet character and its aromatic note, it is excellent with sponge cakes, macarons and Panettone.
Tasting notes: Light, not very intense, but flavours of lemon, greengage and lime. A very pleasant crowd-pleasing wine.
Gold Medal Winner in the Light & Fruity Category at the Glass of Bubbly Awards 2025.
Raboso Fiore
A vibrant, ruby-red sparkling wine from the Veneto region of Italy. Produced from indigenous Raboso Piave grapes, it offers a dry, fresh, and fruity taste with aromas of cherries and field violets.
It is an ideal match for pizza, charcuterie, grilled meats, and savoury snacks and even dark chocolate.
Tasting notes: Deep dark red in colour, sweet and complex with spicy and earthy notes.
Gold Medal Winner in the Meditation Category at the Glass of Bubbly Awards 2025.
Prosecco Rosè Brut
An elegant, crisp sparkling wine blending Glera and Pinot Noir. It pours a bright, delicate light pink and is characterised by a fine, persistent perlage.
It pairs well with delicate seafood, sushi, fresh salad, soft cheese and summer fruit desserts.
Tasting notes: Full of strawberry and raspberry, with white peach, citrus, and floral notes.
Silver Medal Winner in the Light & Fruity Category at the Glass of Bubbly Awards 2025.
