Trentodoc sparkling wines were offered at many institutional occasions of the summit, together with Trentino and Tuscan wines from Tenute Lunelli, Tassoni Cedrata and Tonic Water, which accompanied the work of the political figures in attendance.

Ferrari Trentodoc sparkling wines, Tenute Lunelli wines, Tassoni Cedrata and Tonica were offered during the G7, that took place in Puglia. The appointment was an opportunity for Italy, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States of America to address the main global challenges, defining an agenda of objectives to be prioritised.

The Heads of State were received by President Sergio Mattarella on June 13th at an official dinner at the Castello Svevo in Brindisi. On this occasion, Ferrari Riserva Lunelli 2015, the sparkling wine symbolic of Italian style, was served.

The summit took place at Borgo Egnazia, one of the most renowned resorts in the world, inspired in its shapes, materials and colours by a typical Pulian village; Ferrari Trento has a long-standing relationship with Borgo Egnazia and with it shares a presence within the Altagamma Foundation, which brings together companies of the Italian high cultural and creative industry that promote the excellence, uniqueness and style of our country around the world.

Here, Gruppo Lunelli’s creations accompanied the work and moments dedicated to gastronomic breaks, which culminated in the two lunches orchestrated by chef Massimo Bottura. A star of Italian cuisine, Bottura’s Osteria Francescana was also awarded the best restaurant in the world in 2016 and 2018 by the prestigious ranking The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, where he celebrated with Ferrari Trento, the official toast of the event.

Bottura proposed a journey through Italy with wine and food, which he named ‘Vieni in Italia con me’ (Come to Italy with me), in which he delighted guests with some of his most iconic dishes alongside original proposals inspired by the various regions. The irresistible journey opened with the 2016 Ferrari Perlé Bianco.

The Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore 2012, in an elegant box, was offered as a tribute to the Heads of State. The only exception was those for whom protocol does not provide for alcohol, who received a selection of Tassoni labels, including Cedrata and Tonic Water.

Ferrari Trento, which only a few days ago was also chosen for the Festa della Repubblica at the Quirinale, thus confirms itself as an ambassador of the Italian lifestyle and a toast to Italy’s most significant institutional and cultural moments.
