From the tropical island of Jamaica down to the lushes green forests of Slovenia, these two countries will be joining together to create this charming Applefields Rum and Fizz Cocktail.

Kmečka Zadruga Krško is located in Slovenia, in the Dolenjska region where vines have been cultivated since Ancient Roman times, they age all their wines in their cellars in an old castle estate, which was once home to the Counts of Auersperg during the 18th century.

Their Signature Rum is produced in the Nassau Valley, it’s been aged for an average of 4 years in the gorgeous tropical climate of Jamaica.
The Cocktail
Aroma 👃 “Apple, mango, melon and nuts on the aroma.”
Flavour 👅 “A fizzy citrus mix, a lovely sour and sweet combo, with zesty green fruits, lemon juice combined with warming oaky, nutty and minerals from the Rum and Sparkling Wine on the palate.”
Ingredients
- Sparkling Wine
- Rum
- Apple & Mango Juice
- Lemon Juice
- Grenadine (or something sweet)
How To Make An Applefields Cocktail
- Pour in 10mls of Lemon Juice
- 5mls of Grenadine
- 25mls of Apple and Mango Juice
- Then pour in 25mls of Rum
- Top up with 50mls of Sparkling Wine
