The Cocktail that you are about to make is one of Zayne Osbourne’s Signature Fizz Cocktails, which he makes at Radisson in the Dubai DAMAC Hills.

What was the inspiration behind Bitter Bubble Blush?

“The inspiration behind bitter bubble blush is to make a bitter drink friendly and palatable to the general masses as bitter drinks are an extremely acquires taste, and yeah the use of bubblies like Prosecco or Champagne helps make such drinks more friendly, it adds that fantastic fizz to the combination.”

Ingredients

  • Vodka
  • Cointreau
  • Lemon Juice
  • Sugar Syrup
  • Raspberry Pure
  • Campari
  • Prosecco
  • Soda
  • Orange Wheel

How To Make The Bitter Bubble Blush Cocktail

  • Pour in 30 ml of Vodka
  • 15 ml Cointreau
  • 10 ml Lemon Juice
  • 10 ml Sugar Syrup
  • 5 ml Raspberry Pure
  • 15 ml Campari
  • 60 ml Prosecco
  • Topped With Soda
  • And Then Garnish With an Orange Wheel
