“Hello everyone, my name is Hindawi Amir and I am 23 years old. I am a Bartender of Luca Marcellin’s drink cocktail & conversation in Milan. I have been working in the hospitality sector since I was about 15 years old.

I try to give my clients an experience to tell that goes beyond the 5 senses starting right from the welcome, to the pampering and the drink, trying to take them on a journey through spices and mixes of the world through cocktails. I’m passionate about this job because of the new discovery of new products from the world to use and their method of use and contact with people every single day starting from the welcome up to taking them to the counter table to discover the world.

  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • 22.5ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 5ml Bitters Of Angostura Bitters
  • 5ml Of Ancho Reyes
  • 2.25ml Cordial Of Sumac
  • 30ml Franciacorta Brut
