Let’s Meet The Bartender!

“I’m 24. I have been working as a bartender for 4 years. I live in Bodrum, Turkey. My father ran a restaurant. I met alcohol there and bartending was my childhood dream. Now I am fulfilling that dream. Now I am working at Lujo Art and Joy. I am improving myself further.”Özgürcan Aydınlı

What was the inspiration behind Freedom of the Roses and when did you first make it?

“I made this cocktail last year. My nickname is Freedom. I made this cocktail for a beautiful woman. That’s why I used the name Rose. When I combined it with my own name, “Freedom of Roses” came out. Afterwards, I liked the cocktail very much. And I started to offer it to the guests constantly.”
