“My name is Nikolaos Filippidis and I come from Kilkis, the city of lights. I became a bartender because I love being creative while interacting and communicating with people from all over the world. My favorite cocktail is a Negroni, giving me all the balance that I want in a drink, is bittersweet like life for me!” – Nikolaos Filippidis

What was the inspiration behind your Paradise Cocktail?

“A place of extreme beauty, delight or happiness are the first things that in mind when hearing ‘paradise’, cotton candy as a cloud up in the sky giving me also a sweet part of life and the Champagne to celebrate my moment in it. Mataroa Gin for the power and lime cordial to balance the clouds sweetness!!”

The Recipe For Paradise

Ingredients

• Premium Gin
• Lime/Elderflower Cordial
• Cotton Candy
• Champagne or Sparkling Wine

How To Make The Paradise Cocktail

• Pour in 20mls of Premium Gin
• 20ml Lime/Elderflower Cordial
• Top up with Champagne or Sparkling Wine
• Then Garnish with Cotton Candy
