What was the inspiration behind Pik-Mi-Up and when did you first make it?

The Recipe For The Pik-Mi-Up


  • Homemade Hibiscus Syrup
  • Lemon Juice
  • Cointreau
  • Sparkling Wine
  • Coupe Glass Filled With Ice Cubes

How To Make The Pik-Mi-Up Cocktail

  • Fill a Coupe Glass With Ice Cubes
  • Pour in 60ml of Homemade Hibiscus Syrup
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 30ml Cointreau
  • Then Top Up With Sparkling Wine
