“It’s me Shishir Gurung all the way from Nepal. I am currently working in Plam Jumeriah, Dubai. I took a mixology course from a cocktail workshop, in Nepal. I have been involved in this field for around 5 years. I will like to thank my brothers Biznu Saru, Bishnu Gauchan, Bishesh Gurung for supporting and encouraging me. I love to make and create new drinks. I do some flairing also but I always focus on mixology. I love my job. My favorite drink is Negroni.” Shishir Gurung

What was the inspiration behind your Smokey Herbal Pop Cider Cocktail?

“So my inspiration for this drink is that I am always looking to create something amazing that tastes good and looks good. So you message me about your article and after that, I think let’s make a Bubbly Cocktail with herbal flavour with a twist of smoke. Then I created this Smokey Herbal Pop Cider. There is no more story about this cocktail.

  • Homemade Cloves Bitter
  • Homemade Cardamom Bitter
  • Homemade Rosemary Syrup
  • Top up with Prosecco

How To Make The Smokey Herbal Pop Cider Cocktail

  • Dom Benedictine: 15ml
  • Fresh Apple Cider: 10ml
  • Homemade Cloves Bitter: 1 dash
  • Homemade Cardamom Bitter: 1 dash
  • Homemade Rosemary Syrup: 5ml
  • Top up with Prosecco
