Happy Birthday to you, it’s time to celebrate in a creative fashion, having a slice of Birthday Cake with your Birthday Cocktail.
Crafted with Bianchin Prosecco, Isle of Barra Rum and some freshly baked birthday cake.

The Vineyards of Bianchin are located in the heart of Montello, where nature and memories unite, shining light on a glorious past for the Bianchin family.
Responsible for the production of their Asolo Prosecco DOCG, the family takes great care in nurturing their vines, with the hope that the terroir of the land is captured within the fruit and that it speaks its greatness and shares its secrets in nobility and shares its richness in spirit.

Aroma – “Delicate floral characters, with white blossom, white floral, white pear blossom, yellow floral, buttercups and violas, with green pears, white pears and some yellow stone fruits on the aroma.”
Flavour – “Soft white fruits, white pears, with some yellow stone fruits, wild white, yellow and blue floral to explore on the palate.”

Standing out in the Atlantic on the far western edge of Scotland, you’ll find Barra Distillers, they are Scotland’s most westerly distillery, distilling and bottling their Rums and Gins, crafting the true taste of Barra since August 2017, when the first batch was created under Isle of Barra Distillers Co. It was founded by husband and wife team, Michael and Katie, the company has now expanded to six, but still continues to operate as a family-run company.

Aroma – “Depending on what kind of cake you garnish with, I have Victoria sponge, vanilla, and pink creamy pink icing, removing the birthday cake reveals hidden smooth caramel, molasses and hints of caramel on a slice of toast.”
Flavour – “Smooth warming caramel, coating youthful green apples and refreshing white floral, along with notes of molasses and well done toast on the palate.”
