Champagne Monopole Red Top
19th November 2014
Perfect with desserts.
The nose is highly expressive and fruity, with astonishing aromas of orange blossom, pear, and citrus.
It is tender and nicely balanced on the palate, which enhances its pleasingly gentle qualities.
Its structure makes it an excellent wine for foie gras or blue cheese. Certain highly fragrant Asian cuisines would go marvellously with its aromatic fruit flavour. But Red Top’s round qualities mean it is best served with dessert.
