Brut Tradition

Eye: Golden pale yellow in colour with a delicate fizz.

Nose: Fresh fruits aromas of apple and pears before evolving in peach and apricot.

Palate: Gourmand and lively wine.

Food Pairing: Easy to drink as an aperitif.

Brut Rosé

Eye: Pinkish pale dress, slightly salmon colour.

Nose: Red and wild berries aromas also citrus fruits. The bottom remains fresh and elegant with voilette notes.

Palate: The citrus fruits aromas gives a balance to its winey personality given by the red berries and pinot grapes.

Food Pairing: Serve with fresh fruits or with white meat, perfect with savoury cuisine.

Blanc de Blancs

Eye: Golden yellow in colour with green reflection.

Nose: Citrus fruit notes, then lilies, pomelos and tangerines and a hint of honey notes and toasted brioche.

Palate: Citrus fruit notes find their balance with the honey and creamy texture.

Food pairing:  Ideal aperitif and perfect with white fish and fine sea food.

Eye: Golden bright in colour, copper reminiscent.

Nose: Citrus fruit, fresh and yellow fruits.

Palate: Creamy texture, spices and yellow fruits aromas with toasted aromas.
