Zesty & Zingy Cocktail Tasting Notes – “A refreshing, well balanced citrus lovers cocktail, expressing more prominent lime flavours over the lemon, but both still creates that Zesty & Zingy flavour we wanted.”

Even though there is less lime in the cocktail, it expresses itself more than the lemon, so depending on which you like more you might want to add in less lime juice.

For anyone who likes their gin and tonic with a lemon slice, this cocktail is a fizz twist.

Just to add a final note, if you would prefer a sweeter touch to this cocktail, just run a little honey around the rim of the glass.
