Pot roast beef is, without a doubt, one of the most delicious beef dishes that you can make and it is a great combination with any sparkling wine. You could use Swiss Gruyere cheese for your macaroni if you want to make it especially delicious. Macaroni and cheese are best paired with crusty bread. Lobster is a very expensive, but delicious, ingredient to cook with. Lobster is much better when paired with drier sparkling wines.
