JEIO Colmei Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry

“Colmei” is a dialect word indicating the tops of the hills to the best vineyard. The Bisol family owns these wonderful hills extreme north of the Province of Treviso, close to the pre-Alpine mountains. The most prestigious, at an average height of 250 meters above sea level these vineyards of Glera grape give very tasty and rich in malic acid. In the cellar, the intensity of the fruitiness is enhanced by careful maceration, pressing and by slow fermentation.

With a hint of peach, pear and apple blossom, this pairs well with canapés, light dishes and rice.

Jeio Cartizze

This refined sparkling wine is produced with grapes from Cartizze, a prestigious hill of only 106.4 hectares, where over 140 owners have cultivated the Valdobbiadene Superiore par excellence for centuries. This hill, perfectly located, includes the localities of Saccol, San Pietro di Barbozza and Santo Stefano, where the steep slopes embroidered with vines, are worked exclusively by hand.
