A selected few members of the UK press to include Glass of Bubbly along with an array of invited guest from across Italy to include chefs, sommeliers and TV personalities attended the eagerly anticipated launch event of the rosé Giulio Ferrari. A gala dinner awaited all invited guests at the 16th century Villa Margon (owned by the family Lunelli) with magnificent views over the Trentino territory was the chosen location.

The Lunelli Family have been producing the Ferrari range of wines since 1952 (Ferarri launched in 1902) and have accumulated worldwide recognition along with an array of fine tasting notes from senior wine professionals and many industry awards.

Their selection of sparkling wines offers a wonderful introduction to the wine region of Trento with their jewel being the magnificent Giulio Ferarri (launched in 1976 with around 40,000 bottles each vintage) which now has its rosé partner.

Giulio Ferrari Rosé: “For those who know Ferrari Trento then it’s all the heavenly aromas and flavours you come to expect from the Giulio Ferrari label yet in rosé version. Punchy and elegant aromas with toasty, raspberry tart, red rose petals and savoury hints. Flavours are initially dry and crisp then quickly bursts into red berry fruits with wonderful depth.
