Laurent-Perrier

The House of Laurent-Perrier was founded in 1812 by Andre Michel Pierlot and took the name Vve Laurent-Perrier when Mathilde Emilie Perrier, the widow of Eugene Laurent, combined the two family names after she decided to expand the business.

It is recognised today for its creative approach to winemaking initiated by Bernard de Nonancourt in the 1940’s and in 1968, Laurent-Perrier launched Cuvee Rose Brut in an elegant 17th Century style bottle inspired by those made in the time of French King Henri IV. Laurent-Perrier rose to become one of the world’s best selling champagne brands as of 2005, behind only Moet & Chandon and Veuve Cliquot and is distributed in 147 countries around the world.  Laurent-Perrier Rose is one of the stars in the Laurent-Perrier range.
