Meditate With A Glass of Bubbly
19th June 2020
Imagine yourself standing on the beach, with the sun shining down on you, the sand beneath your feet and waves gently brushing your heels, you look down to your hand and see a wine glass.
But it’s empty…
You come back into the real world and realise you need to pick the right Sparkling Wine to enjoy next time you decide to Meditate.
What is a Meditation Sparkling Wine?
‘An addictive wine for those special relaxing times. This wine will express itself more and more the longer it is opened and the longer it stays in your glass.’
How To Meditate
1) Sit, stand or lie down and make sure you are comfortable and somewhere quiet.
2) Make sure your back is straight but not tense.
3) Close your eyes.
4) Breathe slowly and deeply.
5) Take in the world around, feel the breeze, hear the silence, feel the ground beneath your feet, or the softness of your bed across your whole body, but don’t let it rule your mind, just become aware of it.
6) Try to clear your mind, focus on your breathing, if a thought pops into your head, just observe it, don’t engage with it.
The goal is to clear your mind for a certain amount of time, to stop the rushing thoughts coming in and out of your mind and to find some peace and quiet, there are other ways to Meditate, some people will listen to natural sounds or music and place their hand in a certain position to get a certain kind of Meditation.
Now that we all know how to Meditate, it’s time to pick that Meditation Sparkling Wine to have by your side once you’ve finished.
