After blending, the base wine undergoes the traditional second fermentation inside the bottle which yields the beautiful lively bubbles in the glass.
Tasting Notes:
Fresh and crisp yet complex and rewarding on the palate. The “lime” characteristics of the Chardonnay are leading and are well backed by the complexity of Pinot Noir.
