Get ready for a twist on the classic Tequila Sunrise, we’re swapping out the Tequila for Rum and adding in some Prosecco, it’s about to get fizzy up in here.

Rich and Vibrant, this Rum is part of your Local Co-op’s Irresistible range, this Pineapple Rum is made with Dominica Republic Rum and 8-year aged Barbados Rum with a bit of pineapple to give you that extra tropical taste.

How To Make The Rum Sunrise Fizz Cocktail

1. Pour in 15mls of Rum
2. 5-10mls of Grenadine
3. 40mls of Orange Juice
4. Top up with 50mls of Sparkling Wine
