Easy to make Prosecco cocktails

The weather seems to just be getting warmer with no signs of stopping. There is only so much air conditioning and popsicles can do to improve your situation. Sometimes you need something a little stronger: the perfect cocktail.

Cocktails are an amazing way to get your summer party started and to have around as a refreshing drink for those sweltering hot days. All you need are a few ingredients and a commercial ice machine such as the Manitowoc ice machine to make the perfect mixed drink.

We have provided three great cocktail recipes to get your summer popping, so get your party started and follow these recipes!

Strawberry Daiquiri

Daiquiris are absolutely essential for the summer and come in a variety of flavors. But the classic favorite is the strawberry daiquiri, a fun and festive pink drink for the summertime. The strawberry daiquiri is fairly easy to make with all of the right ingredients.

Ingredients List

1.5 oz. Aged Rum
¾ oz. Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
6 Ice Cubes (from an ice machine or store-bought)
1 Strawberry
Rich SimpleSyrup
(Optional) Cocktail umbrella or other matching garnish for the top of the glass

How to Make It
Take all of the ingredients and find a blender. Pour everything in and blend until properly mixed. Place mixed ingredients into your choice of a glass and serve.

Mai Tai

Mai Taisare fun, sweet, and fruity mixed drinks based on rum and fresh fruit juices. The taste is a fun kick for the summer season and a great way to unwind. Like the daiquiri, Mai Tais are a summer classic that are easy to make when you have all of the right ingredients.

Ingredients List

1 oz. Dark Jamaican Rum
½ oz. Orange Curaçao
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice with the Shell
¼ oz. Simple Syrup, Tiki Drink Syrup, or both
1 oz. Rhum Clément V.S.O.P. Martinique
Crushed Ice
(Optional) Lime Peel for Garnish
(Optional) Mint Leaf for Garnish

How to Make It
Add all of the ingredients into a shaker with 2 scoops of crushed up ice and shake for around 10 seconds or until properly mixed. Pour mixed ingredients into a glass and top it off with a mint leaf and a lime peel for decorations.

Paris Sunset

Ingredients List

Ice
3/4 ounce Dubonnet Rouge
3 drops of Angostura bitters
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
3 ounces chilled Champagne

How to Make It
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Dubonnet, bitters and sugar and shake well. Strain into a chilled flute and top with the Champagne.
