Winter Monkey Cocktail Glass of Bubbly

We’re in the winter season and all we really want to do is crawl up into a cosy ball and hibernate until the sun starts shining again, and although we can’t do that all the time, we can certainly do it every once in a while, so whether you sit down in front of an open fire or a video of an open fire, while either reading a book or watching something on Netflix, craft one of Glass of Bubbly’s Cocktails to keep you company.

This Cocktail will be a blend of two seasons, the Gin will provide us with those loving winter flavours and our Sparkling Wine will remind us of all those lively Summer characteristics we have to look forward to.

The Sparkling Wine – Radgonske Gorice

The biggest and one of the most well-known Slovenian Sparkling Wineries is Radgonske Gorice, producing Sparkling Wine for everyone, supplying Slovenian Supermarkets and offering something a little more aged and complex for the wine connoisseur.

Radgonske Gorice is also the oldest Sparkling Wine producer in Slovenia, they started 170 years ago in 1852 and now produce 4,500,000 liters of wine every year, with a production that high it makes sense that Radgonske Gorice is the largest producer of Sparkling Wine in Slovenia.
