Aroma – “Prominent coconut with underlying pineapple juice.”

Taste – “A touch of fizzy and zesty yellow fruit initially which gradually flows into milky coconut/pineapple flavours.”

I later tried this Cocktail again, but by using a different Italian Sparkling Wine, and the results weren’t the same, using the Voga Prosecco gave this Cocktail a finesse that wasn’t replicated with the other Sparkling Wine, so its always useful to remember that Sparkling Wine will alter the Cocktail you create, if you are interested in the effects you can check out How Sparkling Wine Can Effect A Cocktail.
