5 Course Champagne Pairing Menu in Liverpool

The Art School restaurant in Liverpool held its first ever Champagne and food tasting menu, pairing 5 courses with 5 Champagnes.
Chef Patron Paul Askew and his team crafted a menu paired alongside 5 Charles Heidsieck Champagnes.
The courses included a variety of food from canapés, seafood, fish to duck. Chef Paul Askew is a North West Food Champion and is recognised as one of the region’s best Chefs.
The Art School is located in the cultural centre of Liverpool, in the stunning lantern room of the Victorian 1888 ‘Home for Destitute children’ building on Sugnall Street.
