Tasting Notes
Bright and clear in colour, with a pale-gold hue. The aromas of this win are richly expressive, showing considerable complexity and sharp notes of Mirabelle plums, nectarine, all draped in a fresh whiff of pastry.
One the palate the wine is crisp and lovely, with a mineral-like edge and precise, taut flavours, which will develop over time. The finish is lingering and holds subtle aromas of flowers and citrus fruit, very characteristic of the Chardonnay grape.
