Champagne Pommery Brut Silver
12th November 2014
Pommery Brut Silver has all the characteristics of vivacity, freshness, and finesse as Pommery Brut Royal, but in a more refined form. Since it was created in 1996, top names in French cuisine—like Gérard Boyer and Yannick Alléno, 3-star chef at Le Meurice in Paris and Pommery brand ambassador—have chosen it as the ultimate champagne for fine dining.
COLOUR:
Brilliant and pale yellow in colour with nice persistence and effervescence.
NOSE:
Freshness, finesse, elegance, creamy—almost buttery—notes, citrus (pink grapefruit).
PALATE:
The creaminess explodes, binding the wine’s flavours. It contains nutty notes (hazelnut) as well as notes of dried apricot, vanilla, blond tobacco, and biscuit dough.
PAIRINGS:
Ideal wine for serving between hors d’oeuvres and the first course.
