Receive Moët Champagne in an Hour in London this Summer
30th July 2016
Thirsty Londoners in E1, E14, SE1, W1, SW1, WC2, WC1, EC1, EC2, EC3, and EC4 can take delivery of a chilled bottle of Moët Ice Impérial or Moët Ice Impérial Rosé with two acrylic glasses filled with ice within the hour this summer.
The online service intends to ‘ignite spontaneous celebration’ and heralds the launch earlier this year of Moët & Chandon’s Ice Impérial Rosé NV, which is believed to be the first rosé Champagne designed to be served over ice. It partners the Ice Impérial Blanc NV, which was launched in few years ago.
Its dosage is 38g/l, which, according to Chef de Cave Benoît Gouez, gives the wine its structure and personality and ‘helps create and maintain the Champagne’s perfect balance when it meets the ice cubes.’
The service costs £80 for a bottle of Moët Ice Impérial and two acrylic white glasses with ice, or £85 for a bottle of Moët Ice Impérial Rosé. The service is available from the Moët & Chandon website and runs from 12pm to 8pm each day until 1st September.
