L’instantanée Cuvée Sélection Millésimée

This Champagne is a vintage cuvée that we release every year, in order to keep a picture of the year, in order to keep a picture of the year which it is made. The aim is to show the unique character of the year combined with the work of the winegrower and the winemaker. The name of this cuvée is a play-on-words with “Instant” and “anée”, meaning year in French.

This Champagne is both elegant and rich, it would suit the Champagne connoisseur and the gourmet.

Terroir: Blended from the three champagne varietals grown in Ludes, Villedommange, Rilly La Montagne and Brouillet, this cuvée ages five years in our cellars.
Blend: 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier
Aging on the lees: 5 years
Liqor d’expedition: 8g per litre (of sugar)
Tasting Note: A delicate nose with hints of peach, apricot and citrus fruits. The mouth is balanced, rich, with a good length.
