This cuvée brings to mind a tasty journey in the heart of Champagne, with its balanced blending of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier, coming from 42 villages of the Champagne area ; it faithfully mirrors the contribution of the former students… An endless discovery of the diversity of Champagne vineyards.
Voyage 360 is produced with grapes from 2010 harvest, topped up with 30% of reserve wines from 2008 and 2009. 42 villages are at the origin of this cuvée, thus touring you through the Champagne region. Manual harvest. Vinified in small stainless steel vats respecting the different sourcing of the grapes. Classical champenoise vinification technique, customized fermentation temperature regulation.
TASTING NOTES
Eye: straw yellow colour, fine and generous bubbles. Nose: a bunch of white, yellow and red fruit.
Mouth: a brisk and powerful personality, full-bodied and fruity.
Tasting advice: this is a Champagne you will enjoy at all times, matching seafood, cooked fish, white meat.
