Champagne Rogge Cereser

Family domain composed of 10 hectares located in Passy Grigny in ‘La Vallée de la Marne’. We are recoltant – manipulant member of the independent winegrowers guarantee of quality and tradition.

The winery was created by Martine and Jacques in 1982 and in 1997 they chose to market under their own brand name ‘Champagne Rogge – Cereser’.

Today they offer a range of 7 different cuvées with a volume of 70 000 bottles.

Brut Tradition

Eye: Golden pale yellow in colour with a delicate fizz.

Nose: Very expressive with fresh fruits aromas, white fruits, apple and pears before evolving in to peach and apricot.

Palate: Young and fresh with the right definition of gourmand and lively wine.

Food Pairing: Perfect companion to any celebration and easy to drink as an aperitif.

Brut Rosé

Eye: Pale pinkish salmon colour.

Nose: Red and wild berries aromas also citrus fruits. Fresh and elegant with voilette notes.

Palate: Crispy and gourmand, the citrus fruits aromas gives a balance to the red berries and pinot grapes.

Food Pairing: Fresh fruits or white meat, perfect with savoury cuisine.

Blanc de Blancs

Eye: Golden yellow in colour with green reflection.

Nose: Citrus fruit notes, then lilies to pomelos, tangerines and honey notes with toasted brioche.

Palate: Citrus fruit notes with honey and creamy texture.

Food Pairing: Ideal aperitif and perfect with white fish and fine sea food.

Millésime 2009

Eye: Golden bright in colour and copper reminiscent.

Nose: Citrus fruit, fresh and yellow fruits.

Palate: Creamy texture with spices, yellow fruits and toasted aromas.

Food Paring: Perfect aperitif and ideal to serve with white meat and savoury cuisine.
