“About myself, my name Myo Aung, you can call me Myo. I was born and raised in Myanmar (Burma), I’ve been here in Dubai for almost 5yrs, working at a few places, currently I’m Head Mixologist at Papa Dubai, since pre-opening over here at papa 1yrs and 3 months, my favorite cocktail is Nigroni and Tommy’s Margarita.
I feel so happy that I started with Dubai as my first destination out of my home country to grow my career. I do love to interact with different guests every day which helps me understand various cultures. I also get to be behind the bar and practice my bartending skills, something that I am really passionate about.” – Myo Aung
What was the inspiration behind your Verdant Fizz Cocktail?
“Verdant Fizz Cocktail took inspiration from the classic cocktail Midori Sour, so basically it’s a light, refreshing and bubbly cocktail. A small sip of this drink can change your night as you started it, this cocktail is fruity and bubbly.” – Myo Aung

Ingredients
- Hendricks
- Midori
- Citrus Syrup
- Citrus
- Foamee
- Bubbly
How To Make The Verdant Fizz Cocktail
- 30ml Hendricks
- 30ml Midori
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Citrus Syrup
- 2 drops Angostura Bitter
- 2 drops Foamee
- Top up with Bubbly
