Combining the vibrant and juicy summer characters of a strawberry and the sweet spices that keep you warm during the winter months.

Crafted with Radgonske Gorice, a Slovenian Sparkling Wine and In The Welsh Winds, a Welsh Gin, along with an array of sweet spices and one juicy strawberry.

Sparkling Wine – Radgonske Gorice

The biggest and one of the most well-known Slovenian Sparkling Wineries is Radgonske Gorice, producing Sparkling Wine for everyone, supplying Slovenian Supermarkets and offering something a little more aged and complex for the wine connoisseur.

Radgonske Gorice is also the oldest Sparkling Wine producer in Slovenia, they started 170 years ago in 1852 and now produce 4,500,000 litres of wine every year, with a production that high, it makes sense that Radgonske Gorice is the largest producer of Sparkling Wine in Slovenia.

Aroma – “Puréed green fruits, with hints of yellow and tropical fruits, a lovely display of honeydew melon, with a plate of freshly cut pineapple not too far behind.”

Flavour – “Sweet and fresh honeydew melon, succulent melon, aromatic wild exotic floral characters and even more tropical expressions on the palate.”

In The Welsh Wind distillery began with a 1047–mile walk around Wales

An adventure that lasted 3 months allowed the founders to re-find their love and passion for life, with them both sharing the same vision, they started to produce bespoke spirits in small batches for businesses in the premium drinks industry.

The In The Welsh Wind distillery stands strong in Tanygroes, surrounded by woodland and fields, where they grow barley for their whisky.
