What Inspired You To Create Your Snake Cocktail?
“Titled the ‘Snake’, since I am working in an Asian restaurant Shanghai Me Dubai. The inspiration is related to Chinese zodiacs, The concept of my cocktail is to deliver a bittersweet savory and floral expression.”

Ingredients
- Bourbon
- Homemade Spiced Apple Shrub
- Campari
- Osmanthus Syrup
- Prosecco
(You can simply buy the bottles in this recipe, but for apple shrub: chopped apple, spices, apple vinegar and sugar stirred, then infuse for 24 hours)
