11th September 2023
The Cocktail that you are about to make is one of Bogdan Tripon’s Signature Fizz Cocktails, which he makes in England.
Let’s Meet The Bartender!
“The inspiration behind Melon Fiesta Cocktail is showing the people that are not a fan of tequila or prosecco like myself that you can still have a delicious cocktail with those ingredients , its more to cocktails then rum and coke and vodka and lemonade.” – Bogdan Tripon
What’s Your Favourite Cocktail?
“My favourite cocktail is Caipirinha as I love sour.” – Bogdan Tripon
What Inspired You To Make Your Amber Royale Cocktail?
“My name is Bogdan, I’m 32 originally from Romania, I became a bartender because I was intrigued by the science behind creating a cocktail, the art behind garnishes and the taste of some drinks that normally I would’ve avoided.
I’ve been a bartender for my current place for 1y and a half, first bartender, slowly moving up, and now training all new sites, creating cocktails for the company, and designing the bars for the new sites. The sales have doubled since I joined and now currently have a team of 5 bartenders I’m looking after. We’re the 3/48 busiest restaurant in the company.” – Bogdan Tripon
