It’s Great To Speak With You, Serra, Can You Tell Us A Little About Yourself & How Your Journey Into The Wine Industry Began?

“In some ways, this kind of journey always existed, because I grew up in a family of farmers and I’ve experienced it since I was little.”

Do You Remember Your First Experience With Sparkling Wine? When It Was And What Kind Of Label It Was?

“I don’t remember, but my parents told me they have already dipped my pacifier in Cava (haha)”

How Has The Wine Tourism Industry In Cava Evolved Since 2020 And What Experiences Does Vinicola Nulles Offer Visitors?

“About 15 years ago, Nulles Winery opted for wine tourism. We currently offer a visit to the winery with tasting, the route between vineyards, the gourmet tasting and the horse-drawn carriage route.”

When It Comes To Pairing Your Sparkling Wine With Food, Do You Have Any Favourite Combinations That You Would Personally Recommend?

“I love drinking Adernats Reserva Brut Nature cava from aperitif to dessert.”

If You Could Choose A Person In The World, Past Or Present, To Have A Glass of Bubbly With; Who Would It Be And Why? What Would You Drink And Why? What Would You Discuss And Why?

“I would change Champagne for Cava and have the glass with my father. He transmitted to me the passion and love for the land and viticulture.”

Can You Share With Us Some Of The Countries And Locations Around The World That You Can Enjoy A Glass Of Vinicola Nulles?

“In Belgium or the United States, for example.”

What Future Plans Can Enthusiasts Of Vinicola Nulles Look Forward To In The Coming Years?

“We have just released three very refreshing single-varietal ancestral varieties. When it comes to wine tourism, we don’t stop innovating, you can expect everything from yoga classes to music festivals.”

Can You Share With Us One Of The Most Memorable Experiences You’ve Enjoyed With A Glass of Bubbly?

“The most memorable personal experience with a glass of Cava in hand was my wedding.”
