Sandridge Barton – Col Fondo
26th June 2025
Sandridge Barton Estate is located on the east bank of the River Dart, just south of Stoke Gabriel, spreading across 450 acres, with a history stretching back over 40 years.
“It invites you in with its interesting display of crushed fruits and yeasty notes. Instead of stopping there, it offers a further expression of green pears, green apple skin, bread, delicate yellow blossom, and a calming lemon aroma. The palate offers similar notes from the aroma, nicely replicated on the flavour, with extra yeasty notes, still loads of crushed fruits, and pears, along with a sprinkle of lemon zest.“ – Glass of Bubbly
