Champagne Piaff is a relatively new Champagne house, established with a modern and vibrant approach to the classic Champagne category. It’s known for its fresh, elegant, and crisp style, with low dosage.

Produced in Épernay in the heart of the Champagne region, it was in 1901 that Maxime Mansard’s ancestors crafted their first bottles. With skill and expertise passed down through 5 generations, the head winemaker, Maxime, has perfected our signature style.

While the vineyards have been nurtured for generations, the founders of Champagne Piaff shared a single dream: to create a Champagne that honours history whilst embracing modernity.

The name Piaff is inspired by the French equestrian term ‘Piaffe’, which is a dressage movement where a horse rhythmically moves its hooves in a synchronised manner, often described as a prancing or high-stepping action. The name was chosen to reflect the brand’s image of harmony, precision, and elegance, qualities associated with both the dressage movement and high-quality Champagne.
