San Gregorio is a family-owned winery in Valdobbiadene, Italy, specialising in high-quality Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG. Run by five young sisters, the winery produces up to 150,000 bottles annually, focusing on sustainable practices and hand-harvested Glera grapes.
The winery’s philosophy focuses on passion, experience, and tradition, aiming to produce excellent, authentic, and high-quality Prosecco.
Prosecco Superiore Di Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut 2024
Pale gold in colour with greenish reflection. Fine and persistent perlage. Intensely fruity and floral bouquet with hints of apples. Elegant and well-balanced taste.
Pairs well with seafood, fish dishes, light risotto, white meats, and soft cheeses.
Tasting notes: Galia melon and delicate lemon sherbet on the nose, with apple and a touch of pastry cream. Good concentration of apple fruit on the palate with notes of peach, acacia honey and citrus zest with hints of fresh bread.

Prosecco Superiore Di Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry 2024
This wine is noted for being a high-quality ‘millesimato’ (vintage) produced in small quantities.
Pale gold in colour with fine, persistent perlage. Intense aromas of apple and pear with floral notes. The palate is smooth, refreshing, and harmonious.
Pairs well with delicate dishes, risotto, and white meats.
Tasting notes: Hint of lemon sherbet on the nose. Lots of apple fruit in flavour with citrus, white peach, lemon and orange zest.

This high-quality sparkling wine is a limited and numbered edition produced from San Gregorio’s best vineyards.
Pale gold in colour with a fruity, intense, and elegant fragrance. Full of flavour, typical of the grape variety.
Pairs well with delicate dishes such as risotto and white meat.
Tasting notes: Green apple, pear, yellow fruits with floral notes like acacia. Soft and creamy texture, sweet fruit flavour.
