Rosé Essentiel
A vibrant, fruit-forward Champagne. Known for its copper-tinted colour and wild red fruit aromas.
It pairs well with seafood, delicate meats, creamy cheeses, and berry-focused desserts.
Tasting notes: Pale salmon-pink in colour. Delicate creamy aromas. Flavours of brioche, cranberry, pomegranate, red cherry, strawberry, creamy danish pastry and candied fruit.

Blanc de Noirs Iconic
To mark its centenary in 1968, the Maison created Champagnes dedicated to gastronomy in a unique, iconic bottle. These cuvées combine a high proportion of Premier and Grands Crus, a high proportion of reserve wines, and prolonged cellar ageing.
Composed of 100% Pinot Noir, Blanc de Noirs stands out for its subtle, elegant character and its high proportion of reserve wines, including a perpetual reserve made from the Maison’s finest Pinot Noirs, carefully selected since 2012.
Because of its depth and weight, this Champagne pairs beautifully with rich, savoury dishes, including seafood, roasted duck and mushroom risotto.
Tasting notes: A beautiful Champagne full of brioche, cream, toast, vanilla and sandalwood.

Brut Essentiel
The Essentiel Brut cuvée is the House’s signature. The essence of the Canard-Duchêne terroir is meticulously crafted by their Cellar Master. It is a vibrant, Pinot-forward Champagne renowned for its crisp freshness and delicate complexity.
The bright fruit intensity and savoury finish make this a versatile food wine. It pairs beautifully with light, savoury dishes like fresh oysters, scallop carpaccio, white miso-marinated salmon skewers, and soft, creamy cheeses.
Tasting notes: Aromas of fresh fruit, including green apple, plum, and yellow pear, with delicate white floral notes and hints of toasty brioche. Crisp citrus and green apple flavours of ripe orchard fruits and a rich, buttery, toasty finish.

An exceptional, vintage-dated Champagne crafted from a legendary harvest. This cuvée highlights the Pinot Noir grape from the Montagne de Reims and has been cellar-aged

Tasting notes: Full of flavour including orange blossom, lemon custard, white peach, green apple and hints of ginger, brioche, cream and hazelnuts.

Léonie Iconic
This gastronomic Champagne was crafted as a tribute to the Maison’s co-founder, Léonie Duchêne.
Because of its richness and complexity, this Champagne pairs well with fine dining rather than just as an aperitif. It complements dishes like sea bass, truffle-infused chicken, and roasted pineapple tart.
Tasting notes: Aromas of sun-ripened yellow fruits and candied pineapple. With flavours of crisp fruit, citrus, pear drops and apple.
